Alder is seeking a Senior Clinical Talent Partner to lead clinician hiring across the Northeast, owning full-lifecycle recruitment for aging life care manager roles (OT, PT, RN, LICSW). You will partner with clinical leadership to build pipelines in New England and Greater New York, driving strategy and speed across markets.

Responsibilities include sourcing, vetting licensure, coordinating interview loops, and managing offers.

Competenze

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment, with 2+ years in clinical/healthcare recruiting.
• Deep understanding of healthcare licensures and multi-state licensure.
• Strong knowledge of MA/NY healthcare talent landscape.
• Proven passive candidate sourcing beyond standard job postings.
