The Role:
We’re expanding our Business Development team and hiring a Senior Care Consultant to strengthen Alder’s referral presence across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and select physician practices throughout Fairfield County (CT) and Dutchess County (NY).
This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in healthcare business development or provider relations who understands how referrals truly flow within clinical environments. You’ll build practical, trusted relationships with both frontline and leadership teams—and translate those relationships into consistent, appropriate referrals to Alder.
You’ll work closely with our Director of Strategic Partnerships, collaborating on market strategy while you focus on the clinical channels that require day‑to‑day presence, education, and follow‑through. This is a field‑based role with real ownership and a direct impact on Alder’s growth in Fairfield County (CT) and Dutchess County (NY).

In accordance with the New York and Connecticut Pay Transparency Acts, the expected salary range for this position begins at $80,000 annually, with the opportunity for commission and bonus. Actual pay will vary depending on factors such as licensure, years of relevant experience, and additional qualifications.
