Alder is seeking a Senior Clinical Talent Partner to drive clinician hiring across the Northeast, owning full-lifecycle recruitment for aging life care managers (OT, PT, RN, LICSW). You’ll partner with clinical leadership, build pipelines in New England and Greater New York, and scale as markets expand.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and closing top clinicians, developing regional strategies, proactive sourcing, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years focused specifically on clinical/healthcare recruiting (RN, OT, PT, LICSWs, or case management roles).
• Deep understanding of healthcare licensures (RN, OT, PT, LICSW), credentialing, and multi-state licensure nuances across Northeast states (MA, NY, CT, NJ, RI, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of the Massachusetts Greater Boston/Newton healthcare talent landscape and New York regions like Westchester/Hudson Valley/NYC metro.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, interview, and close top-tier clinicians (OTs, PTs, RNs, LICSWs) specializing in aging care, case management, and home/community-based care.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies across the Northeast, balancing immediate hiring needs in primary hubs (New England and Greater New York) with long-term candidate pipelines in expansion territories.
• Direct-source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, healthcare job boards, professional associations, alumni networks, and local clinical communities.
• Evaluate candidates not only on licensure and clinical background, but also on communication skills, empathy, autonomy, and adaptability in non-traditional care settings.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and regional clinical leaders to align on hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and streamline interview loops.
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and empathetic recruitment journey that reflects Alder’s mission and care-first values.
• Manage offer generation, negotiation, and closing protocols in alignment with market benchmarks.
• Maintain ATS accuracy, measure key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, channel effectiveness), and report on pipeline health.
