Job summary

Garner Health is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the West region to own revenue, manage broker partnerships, and close deals end-to-end. You will activate new brokers, deepen existing partnerships, and drive a scalable sales process that delivers higher-quality, lower-cost care to more members.

You will operate in a mission-driven environment: a startup with a strong growth trajectory, where building pipeline, reporting outcomes, and using AI tools are part of everyday work.

Qualifications

• Quota-bearing broker-channel sales experience or broker background.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup with significant upside.
• Motivation to improve healthcare and mission-driven work.
• Experience selling benefits-adjacent products is a plus.
• Strong ability to present and communicate value to external stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue responsibilities for the West territory (CA, NV, AZ, UT, OR, ID, MT, HI, WA, AK).
• Grow and deepen Garner’s broker relationships.
• Develop infrastructure to track sales and partnership pipeline.
