Job summary

Garner Health is seeking an Account Executive for the Northeast region to own revenue, manage broker relationships, and drive end-to-end sales in a fast-growing healthcare tech company.

You will build and close deals within an ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, and employers, carrying your own quota and aligning with a mission to improve the healthcare system through AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quota-carrying channel or partner sales role.
• Interest in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside.
• Desire to be part of our mission to improve the healthcare system.
• Experience selling benefits-adjacent products is a plus.
• Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders.
• Driven by outcomes and comfortable with AI-assisted work.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue responsibilities for the Northeast territory (CT, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT, NJ, NY, PA, DE).
• Continue and expand Garner's broker relationships.
• Develop foundational infrastructure to track sales and partnerships pipeline.
