Job summary

Ally Medical Management LLC seeks a Senior Operations Manager to oversee non-clinical operations across multiple freestanding ER sites. You’ll drive policy consistency, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the escalation point for site issues.

You will report operational metrics to leadership, support expansions, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements. A bachelor’s in business/healthcare and 3+ years’ healthcare ops experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day non-clinical operations across multiple locations with consistent policy application.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to roll out new systems and initiatives.
• Track and report key operational metrics across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet objectives and support new facility openings.
• Serve as escalation point for site-level issues.
