Job summary

MaineHealth Corporate seeks a Senior Operations Transformation Specialist to lead strategic improvement initiatives, align operational excellence with systemwide goals, and drive performance-driven programs across the organization. You will collaborate with leaders, clinicians, and care teams to optimize processes and outcomes.

Required: bachelor’s degree in a related field, PMP preferred, 5+ years in healthcare performance improvement, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a plan for Black Belt

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Operations Management, Leadership, Organizational Development, Improvement Science, Behavioral Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
PMP Certificate Preferred.
Minimum of five years’ leadership and healthcare experience in performance improvement space.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with commitment to Black Belt within 3 years.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic improvement initiatives across the organization.
Drive process improvement, team development, and change facilitation.
Support planning, execution and monitoring of processes tied to the MaineHealth Strategic Plan Scorecard.
