Job summary

McParlane & Associates, Inc. (MPA) is seeking a Healthcare Sr. Project Manager to oversee MEP engineering projects from initiation through delivery in Orange County and San Diego, CA.

This full-time, on-site role requires leading project planning, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, tracking progress, and ensuring accordance with codes and standards while maintaining client satisfaction and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• PMP or PE certification is beneficial.
• Experience leading Healthcare MEP or building systems projects.
• Experience with Expeditor and expediting processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning meetings and track deliverables.
• Resolve project issues and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and liaise with clients.
• Support resource allocation and mentor project team members.
• Prepare status reports and contribute to process improvements.
