The role requires a licensed or on-the-path architect with 10+ years in healthcare project management, strong communication, and proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or on-the-path) architect or designer with 10+ years of experience including healthcare project management.
• Strong communicator, strategic thinker and problem solver with healthcare design experience.
• Proficient in regulatory requirements and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects from kickoff to closeout, aligning teams and clients.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants for project cohesion.
• Serve as primary client/contractor contact and review construction documents.
• Oversee construction administration and field execution.
• Conduct project meetings and track action items.
• Evaluate cost impacts and identify cost-effective design solutions.
