Job summary

Mazzetti, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer/Engineer Project Manager to lead complex healthcare projects in the greater Orange County/Los Angeles area.

The role blends high-level electrical design leadership with project management, client relations, and cross-discipline collaboration. Based in a hybrid environment, you will guide scope, schedule, and budgets while mentoring electrical engineers and designers and ensuring code compliance and technical excellence across facilities like

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering/design experience in the AEC consulting industry.
• Extensive healthcare design experience (hospitals, ambulatory care, etc.).
• Proven success as project manager for multidisciplinary building projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from planning through construction.
• Serve as primary client/architect/consultant liaison.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing and execution plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Southern California offices.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality and profitability; address risks.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate communication among stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
