Job summary

Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office in a hybrid role. The position focuses on representing healthcare providers, hospitals, and health systems in sophisticated litigation and regulatory disputes.

Candidates should have 2–6 years of healthcare or complex litigation experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school; Georgia bar admission or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of healthcare litigation, commercial litigation, healthcare regulatory, or complex litigation experience
• Experience representing hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, long-term care facilities, or other healthcare providers
• Experience handling healthcare-related disputes involving reimbursement, payor-provider matters, regulatory issues, fraud and abuse allegations, or other complex healthcare litigation matters
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Experience appearing in state and federal courts preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage matters while working directly with clients
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Responsibilities

• Represent healthcare providers in sophisticated litigation and regulatory disputes.
• Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and mediations.
• Appear in state and federal courts as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop case strategy and advocacy.
