Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; culinary training preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years in food service with supervisory experience.
• Healthcare/long-term care food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cooks, dietary aides, and kitchen staff daily.
• Ensure meals follow standardized recipes and diets.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Train and evaluate dietary staff and schedule coverage.
