Job summary

Leisure Chateau Premier Subacute Care & Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor to oversee food service operations for residents. You will ensure nutritious meals meet medical needs and preferences, manage the dietary team, coordinate production schedules, and maintain a sanitary kitchen aligned with state and local health guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a culinary background, long-term care management experience, and ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service management within long-term care or medical facility.
• Culinary background and ability to plan therapeutic diets.
• Active ServSafe certification required (CDM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise food production, tray assembly, and service line scheduling.
• Plan and implement therapeutic diets and seasonal menus.
• Interview residents to determine dietary needs and preferences; educate families on diets.
• Manage inventory and procurement of food and kitchen supplies; ensure proper storage.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate dietary staff; maintain compliance with regulations.
