United Future is seeking a Senior Job Captain for its Healthcare Division in New York. The candidate will lead the production of architectural drawings for inpatient and ambulatory projects, ensuring compliance with NYC/NYSD building codes, ADA, NFPA 2012 Healthcare, and IBC standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and consultants, reviewing shop drawings, and responding to RFIs during construction. Strong communication skills and extensive CAD/BIM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of continuous project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects.
• Strong knowledge of NYC and NYS Building Codes, ADA compliance, NFPA 2012 Healthcare, and FGI 2018 guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assist in DOB and DOH code review and building analysis.
• Lead production of architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documents.
• Coordinate architectural documents with other consultants and review markups.
• Respond to RFIs during GC bidding and construction administration.
• Attend construction administration meetings and write field reports.
