Job summary

NextGen Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Interoperability & Integration Solutions Advisor to lead integration projects and provide advanced technical expertise to support clients through strategic advisory and technical problem solving.

You will design data integration solutions, develop and deploy APIs, ensure HL7, FHIR and HIPAA compliance, mentor junior team members, and engage with clients to align solutions with their business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field
3–5 years of data integration experience in healthcare or IT

Responsibilities

Lead integration projects and provide advanced technical expertise for clients.
Design and implement data integration solutions, including ETL workflows and interfaces.
Develop and deploy APIs and custom solutions for interoperability.
Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for complex data integration issues.
Ensure HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance and data security.
Mentor entry-level team members and share knowledge with the group.
Engage with clients to understand requirements and align solutions with business goals.
