Overture Partners seeks a Senior Interface Analyst to support complex healthcare system integrations within a large benefits environment. You will drive endpoints, data mappings, and reconciliation across SDLC, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

The role emphasizes API and healthcare data expertise, secure file transfers, and documentation discipline, with hybrid work in Quincy, MA. Medicaid experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with interface development, integration analysis, or related functions.
• Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, HTTP, endpoints and integration troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in JSON, XML, data mappings, and transformation rules.
• Experience with SFTP, file transfers, encryption, access controls, and monitoring.
• Ability to develop and maintain business requirements, interface specifications, ICDs, and data mappings.
• Proficiency in SQL, database validation, transaction analysis, and error-log investigations.
• Strong healthcare knowledge including health insurance operations, transaction types, and Medicaid preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to manage multiple priorities with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define interface requirements with analysts, vendors, and partners.
• Create and maintain interface specifications: data schemas, mappings, transformation logic, validation rules.
• Document API requirements for REST, SOAP, and FHIR interfaces.
• Support interoperability initiatives including FHIR-based patient/provider APIs.
• Coordinate design reviews, schema walkthroughs, and requirements validation.
• Plan and execute testing: SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression, production verification.
• Validate data exchanges for completeness, accuracy, and reconciliation; address issues.
• Maintain secure connectivity: manage SFTP workflows, encryption, access, and schedules.
• Troubleshoot API failures, file-transfer errors, and production incidents using logs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across requirements, design, development, deployment, and support.
