Job summary

HST Pathways is an innovation-driven, fully remote SaaS company serving healthcare providers. We’re expanding our interoperability team to build and maintain interfaces for surgery center clients and their business partners, ensuring reliable data exchange with HL7 and APIs.

The Interface Analyst will collaborate with internal teams and vendors, follow project plans, test interfaces, and contribute to documentation and QA efforts in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ IT experience in a corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of HL7, APIs, databases, client-server concepts.
• Some experience with SQL is preferred.
• Mirth or other healthcare data engines a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain interfaces for surgery center clients and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams, client IT, and vendors for configuration and tests.
• Identify improvements to streamline interface implementations.
• Troubleshoot live interfaces and escalate to development as needed.
• Document install processes and changes.
• Support QA efforts with product and development teams.
