Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie in Arlington, VA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day management of healthcare interfaces, including design, deployment, and cutover activities. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage schedules, and drive issues and risks to resolution, supporting the VA OEHRM program deployment.

The role requires coordinating with Release Manager and PMO, and may require 4x/week in the Arlington office, with 25% travel to the DC metro area.

Qualifications

Must have strong project management skills with the ability to guide from a functional and technical perspective.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and raising issues/risks as appropriate.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira backlog management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and within scope.
Oversee vendor coordination and communication.
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
Prepare status reports for upper management.
Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure deliverables meet scope and budget.
Work with Release Manager to confirm integration scope and develop repeatable cutover processes.
Provide interface deployment status updates and risk mitigation strategies.
Travel up to 25% in the DC metro area.
