Abridge is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to design, build, and scale healthcare integrations across partners and clients. You will work with engineers, implementation specialists, support, and product managers to deliver real-time and batch data integrations with healthcare standards like FHIR.

• 5+ years launching business-critical integrations with large enterprises.
• 2+ years of VistA Integration experience.
• Experience with mPage Workflow components, Dynamic Documentation, and CCL.
• Experience working with REST-like APIs (FHIR), OAuth2.0, mTLS.
• Excitement about working on our tech stack: NodeJS/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform.
• Passionate about healthcare integrations.
• Ability to act with autonomy while working in a team.
• Fast-moving startup mindset; willing to contribute wherever needed.
• Comfortable with cross-domain and multilingual environments.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build robust healthcare integrations using REST-like APIs (FHIR) with emphasis on security and privacy.
• Scale up integrations and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with health system customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations.
• Improve performance, stability, quality, and security of systems.
• Advocate for high standards; document and share knowledge; reduce technical debt.
• Maintain deep user empathy and a user-centric mindset.
• Communicate within cross-functional product delivery teams (design, product, ML, infra).
• Partner with VA clinical, technical, and security stakeholders in secure environments.
