Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and building maintenance.
• Experience with hand and power tools and basic reading of blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and preventive maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Support grounds keeping, painting, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Respond to service calls for OhioHealth properties and assist with various projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for non-warranty work and assist in safety/compliance activities.
