Job summary

Southern California Orthopedic Institute is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations across SCOI’s multi-site healthcare network. You will partner with the Director of Facilities to develop standards, oversee maintenance, and deliver capital projects while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires travel to all SCOI locations, including Bakersfield, and onsite work at the Van Nuys location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in FM or related field.
• Five+ years leadership in facilities.
• Multi-site healthcare experience preferred.
• Capex project management experience.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations across SCOI’s multi-site network.
• Oversee vendor management and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and capital projects.
• Ensure OSHA, life safety, ADA and regulatory compliance.
• Travel regularly to SCOI locations, including Bakersfield.
