Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Facilities Operations Manager in Los Angeles, CA to lead daily maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and readiness of all clinic locations. You will partner with Clinic Managers, leadership, vendors, and contractors to meet high standards of patient care.

You will own facility matters from identification to resolution, maintain maintenance schedules, track work across locations, assist with new-site openings, and clearly communicate milestones and delays to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities management or related fields.
• Experience with multi-site facilities operations.
• Healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, vendors, and deadlines.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Strong vendor-management and contract-negotiation skills.
• OSHA and ADA safety knowledge.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and readiness of all clinic locations.
• Serve as primary contact for facility-related requests and emergencies.
• Coordinate repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and fixtures.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules across locations.
• Track facility requests, vendors, statuses, and timelines.
• Ensure readiness of new sites and openings.
• Communicate status and delays to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with property managers and building representatives.
