Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with practical experience in stationary engineering, building maintenance, plumbing, HVAC or electrical systems.
• College degree preferred.
• Must complete CHFM certification within 2 years of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of Facilities and Engineering, Switchboard and Parking departments at Sisters of Charity Hospital.
• Assure compliance with all regulatory and patient care quality standards.
• Participate in departmental planning, budgeting, education and human resource management activities.
• Available for emergencies at the hospital or related off-sites 24/7.
• Oversee parking processes and switchboard operations.
