Nextiva seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the healthcare engineering team and drive critical healthcare initiatives for customers and the business. You will provide people leadership, set direction, and ensure timely delivery across a distributed team spanning the United States and India.

You will apply deep healthcare domain knowledge to navigate data privacy, interoperability, and complex U.S.-centric initiatives while enabling faster execution and better outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years engineering experience with people leadership in healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience structuring healthcare technology projects.
• Experience with healthcare data privacy and interoperability.
• Experience leading distributed teams across locations including India and the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a healthcare engineering team of ~9-10 engineers.
• Provide people leadership, direction, and execution support across the team.
• Manage a distributed team spanning the US and India; front-end the team and drive project execution.
• Structure, organize, and manage healthcare technology projects; apply domain knowledge to planning and decisions.
