Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a healthcare engineering team of approximately 9-10 engineers.
- Provide people leadership, direction, accountability, and execution support across the engineering team.
- Manage a distributed team spanning India and the United States.
- Front-end the healthcare engineering team and drive project execution.
- Structure, organize, and manage healthcare technology projects.
- Apply healthcare industry knowledge to engineering planning and execution.
- Navigate U.S. healthcare technology complexities and data privacy considerations.
- Guide execution involving healthcare interoperability requirements.
- Work with technical teams while maintaining accountability for people leadership and delivery.
- Drive execution for healthcare initiatives tied to external opportunities.
