Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Senior Integrated Technologies Architect to lead CareAware device integration projects across North America. You will own technical deployments, guide clients through complex integrations, and collaborate with IP, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with CareAware iBus is valued.
• Strong understanding of medical device connectivity and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting implementation services for medical device connectivity projects across North America.
• Lead integrated technology deployments of hardware, software and services.
• Guide clients in add-on, optimization, and alpha deployments of integrated devices.
• Lead development and enhancement of CareAware products, documentation and best practices.
• Collaborate with IP and strategy teams to improve products and fix defects.
• Build client relationships and coach internal stakeholders on product expertise.
• Support clients through regular project events, testing calls and status meetings.
• Own and escalate device integration issues, assess risk and mitigate findings.
