Job summary

Oracle seeks a Principal Oracle Health Integration Architect to lead integration strategy, design, and delivery for Oracle Health implementations and migrations. You will oversee cross-functional teams, aligning technical workstreams with client goals to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Health Millennium, iBus, CAMM6/7, interoperability and governance, and strong stakeholder engagement across complex healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• 6 - 10+ years in Oracle Health, healthcare tech, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale healthcare implementations, migrations, or transformations.
• Experience managing client relationships, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration strategy, solution design, and technical delivery across Oracle Health projects.
• Manage complex client engagements and serve as the primary escalation point for integration issues and risks.
• Develop and oversee domain, integration, testing, change management, and governance strategies.
• Define and validate integration architecture, interfaces, and interoperability solutions across Oracle Health and third-party systems.
• Coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
