Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Integration Architect for Healthcare Technology Management in Boston. You will design enterprise integrations, coordinate across HTM, vendor platforms, and remote monitoring, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will lead hands‑on integration work within governance structures, collaborating with Information Services, Clinical Engineering, and security teams to advance analytics and asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Expert in API integration, interfaces, data migration and transformation.
• Experience with enterprise platforms; ServiceNow/Nuvolo preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare data workflows, system interoperability, and governance in complex healthcare environments.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts related to connected systems and data exchange.
• Ability to design integration architecture while also providing hands‑on execution and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management, documentation, validation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to operate within matrixed governance structures balancing standards with urgency.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical integration architect for HTM systems and define data flows, interfaces, and specs.
• Design and lead enterprise integrations between HTM, vendor systems, remote monitoring, and approved apps.
• Sunset legacy HTM databases and migrate data into ServiceNow/Nuvolo and other platforms.
• Oversee data conversions, ingestion pipelines, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop and support API-based integrations and automated data feeds for HTM operations and compliance.
• Coordinate integrations among Nuvolo, vendor databases, remote monitoring, cybersecurity and imaging platforms.
