Job summary

Oracle is seeking an Integrated Technologies Consultant II to deliver onsite and remote implementations of CareAware Device Integration products across North America. You will guide clinical workflows, coordinate multi‑product deployments, and train client staff.

You will work with anesthesia carts, monitors, ventilators, and infusion pumps while adhering to best practices and security policies. Travel up to 80% is required as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 total years of combined higher education and related work experience implementing software products in healthcare/technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Business or Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field or relevant equivalent work experience.
• Experience with medical devices such as anesthesia carts, physiological monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and/or laboratory analyzers.
• Understanding of clinical workflows in areas of healthcare facilities such as ED, ICU, Med Surg, Laboratory, and Perioperative units.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and remote implementation of CareAware Device Integration products.
• Facilitate technical discovery and provide technical expertise based on the client environment.
• Conduct technical training with client resources onsite or remotely.
• Adhere to established processes and documentation for technical implementations.
• Advise on deployment strategies and interdependencies.
• Engage in client support outside standard hours as needed.
• Establish client relationships and maintain satisfaction.
• Manage communication and planning across multi-product deployments.
