Qualifications

• At least 6 total years of combined higher education and related work experience implementing software products in healthcare/technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Business or Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant experience with medical device integration and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and remote implementation of CareAware Device Integration products.
• Facilitate technical discovery and provide expertise in client environments.
• Conduct technical training with client resources onsite or remotely.
• Adhere to established processes and documentation for technical implementation.
• Advise on deployment strategies and design impacts.
• Engage in client support outside standard business hours as needed.
• Establish client relationships and maintain high satisfaction.
• Manage communication across multi-product deployments and multiple assignments.
