Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Testing Senior Integration Architect to lead testing strategy and execution for complex implementations in healthcare IT. You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to validate integrated solutions, drive governance, and ensure deployment readiness while upholding Oracle Health quality standards.

The role emphasizes test design, risk mitigation, UAT, and continuous process improvement across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) implementation experience.
• 3–5 years of healthcare IT, consulting, or implementation experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading testing efforts for enterprise healthcare implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Health testing methodologies, deployment processes, and implementation best practices.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and integrated healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Oracle Health implementation and optimization projects.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, system, workflow, regression, user acceptance (UAT), and production validation testing.
• Design test scenarios and scripts that validate clinical workflows, interfaces, and cross-functional business processes.
• Coordinate testing activities across Oracle Health teams, client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and project leadership.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee defect management, issue prioritization, and resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Ensure testing deliverables meet Oracle Health quality standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate testing readiness reviews, mock go-lives, deployment planning, cutover activities, and production go-live support.
• Provide guidance on testing tools, methodologies, governance, and best practices.
• Mentor project team members and promote continuous process improvement.
