Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of leadership or management experience.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, business consulting, systems implementation, managing projects or other healthcare functions.
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
• Large scale/complex project work.
• Strong communication skills across departments and senior leadership.
• Experience delegating across multiple complex projects in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings with changing priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office products and Visio.
• Strong organizational and problem-resolution skills.
• Identifying risks and issues with mitigation and escalation strategies.
