Job summary

HCSC Group is seeking a qualified candidate to lead cross-enterprise implementations of custom products or services critical to securing or retaining group customers. The role acts as the business lead, working with business and technology partners to move projects from business case analysis through implementation.

Projects are complex, fast-moving and aligned with strategic priorities, requiring healthcare experience, project management capabilities and strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of healthcare, consulting, analysis, or project management experience.
• Able to adapt to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven project management skills with evidence of organizing, prioritizing and solving problems; effective stakeholder communication.
• Strong written, presentation and verbal communication; experience training internal/external customers.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and current industry trends.
• Analytical thinking and data synthesis abilities.
• Experience interpreting business and financial data.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with shifting assignments and priorities.
