Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4 years of leadership or management experience.
• 5 years in healthcare, business consulting, or systems implementation roles.
• Experience with large-scale, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication across departments and senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment.
• Proactive, independent when needed, and adaptable to changing priorities.
