Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Forest City Distribution Center in Iowa, overseeing inbound/outbound, labor planning, safety, quality, cost and productivity, and driving continuous improvements as part of the site operating committee.

You will coach supervisors and frontline teams, manage expenses, and partner with logistics stakeholders to deliver reliable service and meet performance targets. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7+ years in supply chain, distribution, or operations.
• Direct supervisory experience.
• Project implementation/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution center operations including inbound, outbound, material flow and warehousing.
• Develop labor, equipment, space and capacity plans to support requirements.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, regulatory, transportation and product handling requirements.
• Monitor metrics, identify gaps and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
