Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Forest City Distribution Center Director to lead a high-visibility site in Forest City, IA. The role requires strategic and operational leadership to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-efficient distribution while enabling strong customer service.

You will partner with planning, transportation, quality, EHS, IT, and finance teams to drive continuous improvement and business growth. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years in supply planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory/materials control, and import/export.
• Three (3) years of direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all distribution center operations to ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective execution.
• Drive site performance in safety, quality, service, inventory accuracy and productivity.
• Develop frontline and salaried leaders and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across planning, transportation, quality, EHS, IT, finance and external providers.
• Manage site budgets, staffing, and resource utilization to meet objectives.
• Implement governance through KPIs and tiered accountability for sustainable results.
