Job summary

Decca Consulting in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Healthcare Data Integration Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of external healthcare data integrations with TPAs, provider networks, and partners. This hands-on technical leadership role combines software engineering, data integration, and partner collaboration to deliver reliable data exchanges.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of healthcare integration or backend/data engineering experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and operating partner integrations via file-based and API-based exchanges.
• Strong SQL and AWS data services experience (S3, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, Glue).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own technical integrations with TPAs, provider networks, and external partners.
• Ingest, lifecycle, and governance of provider, network, and reference data.
• Define, maintain, and version partner integration specifications.
• Lead onboarding of new partners and manage changes to integrations.
• Collaborate with partner technical teams to troubleshoot data exchange issues.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and timely delivery of healthcare data across integrations.
