Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data engineering and analytics leader to drive technical delivery for healthcare data initiatives in the United States. You will supervise data engineers and analysts, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and oversee data ingestion, mapping, transformation, and quality assurance across multiple sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; relevant experience may substitute
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience, preferably within healthcare or the public sector
• Experience with large, complex datasets and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client interaction
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams through complex issues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with healthcare data, health IT, or healthcare analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for complex healthcare data and analytics initiatives.
• Direct data engineers, analysts, and technical team members.
• Manage workplans, priorities, risks, and deliverables to keep workstreams on schedule.
• Translate business requirements and data needs into actionable technical requirements.
