• Bachelor’s degree; relevant experience may substitute education.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare or the public sector.

• Experience with healthcare data, health IT, or healthcare analytics.

• Lead technical delivery for healthcare data and analytics initiatives.
• Manage workplans, priorities, risks, and deliverables to keep streams on schedule.
• Bridge business and technical teams; translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Lead ingestion, mapping, transformation, validation, and integration of healthcare data from multiple sources.
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and analytics using Databricks, Python, SQL.
