Cognizant is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst — Data & Analytics with Healthcare Experience to bridge business and technical teams. You will lead requirements discovery, analyze healthcare data, and define technical specifications to support reporting and analytics.
Proficiency in SQL, MS SQL Server, and GCP/BigQuery is essential. This remote US role collaborates with data engineers, architects, and analytics teams in Agile environments to deliver scalable data solutions for
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong business analysis with requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Healthcare business processes and data analysis experience.
- Experience with Claims, Adjudication, Medicare/Medicaid.
- Advanced SQL skills with MS SQL Server.
- GCP and BigQuery for data analysis and validation.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Data mapping, reconciliation, and impact analysis experience.
Responsabilidades
- Gather, analyze, and document healthcare data requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Perform data analysis, validation, mapping, and reconciliation.
- Support Agile delivery, backlog grooming, and UAT coordination.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analytics, QA, and business teams.
