You will drive requirements, analyze complex data, define functional and technical specs, and support reporting and analytics initiatives.

The role involves Agile delivery, UAT coordination, and collaboration across data engineers, analytics, QA, and business teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong BA/analyst experience.
• Experience in healthcare data analysis and healthcare processes.
• Proficiency with SQL, data mapping, and data validation.
• Experience in Agile delivery and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for healthcare data initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand healthcare data, processes, and reporting needs.
• Lead requirements workshops and define project scope and solution requirements.
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
