Job summary

ECG Management Consultants, Inc is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support client delivery and business development. You will manage large datasets, build scalable models, and support data visualization with Power BI, collaborating with IT, L&D, and vendors.

You will work with multiple teams on data analytics use cases across healthcare providers, shaping insights that influence decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/Math/Stats/Health informatics or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• Experience in healthcare consulting or with hospitals/health systems delivering actionable insights.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Experience with healthcare datasets such as claims and EHRs preferred.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization proficiency; Python/R a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize data from various sources for insights.
• Prepare analyses related to hospital inpatient databases and provider claims data.
• Build scalable financial and operational models to forecast trends and scenarios.
• Enhance models using SQL as primary tool; Python or R in some cases.
• Configure and maintain Power BI reports and visuals across environments.
• Develop interfaces to exchange data among Power BI, SQL databases, and cloud apps.
• Collaborate with multiple ECG units to gather data requirements for analytics.
• Create and maintain analytical documentation and procedures.
