Job summary

The Center for Elders’ Independence is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Data & Analytics team by developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise reporting solutions using SSRS and Power BI, with integration across Salesforce, eClinicalWorks, and claim systems.

The role requires strong technical and healthcare regulatory knowledge (CMS and state), enhances data governance, and contributes to a unified data foundation to enable reliable, auditable reporting for leadership

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server / T-SQL, SSRS, Power BI.
• Demonstrated expertise with healthcare reporting, CMS regulatory reporting, and state-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS and Power BI reports for leadership, operational, clinical, and regulatory needs.
• Produce accurate, timely leadership, operational, and regulatory reporting deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver insights for auditability and regulatory readiness.
• Work with data from Salesforce, eCW, and Claim systems; map data flows.
• Perform data analysis to validate, cleanse, and reconcile data across sources.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards; optimize usability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Support data governance by contributing to standards, definitions, and quality rules.
• Help establish a unified data foundation and improve data reliability.
