Zusammenfassung

Commure, in partnership with Athelas, seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and success of our AI medical scribe platform in healthcare organizations. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians, administrators, and IT leaders while guiding customers toward achieving outcomes and renewals.

You will travel 20-30% for on-site client engagements and work 5 days a week from our Mountain View, CA office, mentoring teammates and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Biology, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of Customer Success/Account Management in SaaS.
• Strong ability to manage renewals and renewals risk.
• Experience with healthcare workflows and EHR systems.
• Technical proficiency with data analysis and API integrations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary long-term contact for customers and build trusted relationships with clinicians, admins, and IT stakeholders.
• Own and track long-term customer success using OKRs (WAUs, renewals, invoicing).
• Lead regular check-ins and strategic reviews to align goals and identify opportunities.
• Demonstrate new features and promote product value to maximize lifetime value.
• Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth deployment to active use.
• Deliver tailored training and create resources to maximize product value.
• Monitor usage and engage customers to drive adoption and address barriers.
• Share customer feedback with product, engineering, and leadership for improvements.
• Manage renewals and proactively address renewal risks.
• Work with Finance to ensure on-time invoicing and payments.
