Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, delivering ambient AI, dictation, intelligent agents, and autonomous revenue cycle management across 60+ EHRs. This role supports our fast-moving Mountain View team with a strong emphasis on shipping quickly and owning projects end-to-end.

The Full Stack Engineer role focuses on crafting scalable features for an AI medical scribe, delivering polished web and iOS experiences, and collaborating closely with product, design, and customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js/Express), plus iOS development with Swift and/or React Native.
• Web and mobile development experience, specifically iOS.
• Customer-facing environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale features for the AI medical scribe using cutting-edge LLM models to create accurate, structured clinical notes.
• Build polished, responsive user experiences across our web and iOS applications.
• Maintain robust infrastructure for audio processing, cloud services, and integrations with enterprise EHR systems.
• Lead projects from zero to one in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with product and design teams.
• Work directly with customers: join calls, gather feedback, and turn it into product improvements quickly.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and external stakeholders.
