Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Senior Contract Analyst to ensure contract negotiations are accurately reflected in final documents. You will work with the CVS Trade team and manufacturers on Rebates, Confidentiality and Settlement Agreements, drafting and redlining documents for signature.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, integrity, and collaboration across departments to align with CVS Caremark strategies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of contract experience; preferred knowledge of PBM business/operations.
• Experience in redlining documents.
• Excellent proficiency in Word and Excel; ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Generate, redline, track, and prepare contractual documents for signature.
• Ensure contracts reflect CVS Caremark's current business strategies and approvals per SOP.
• Coordinate with business units and other stakeholders to finalize agreements for signature.
