Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to ensure contract language faithfully reflects negotiation intent. You will work with the CVS Trade team and manufacturers on Rebates, Confidentiality, and Settlement agreements, drafting, redlining and preparing documents for signature.

We require 5 years of contract experience, PBM knowledge, and strong Word/Excel skills. This full-time role is based in Irving, TX with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5 years of contract experience with a preferred knowledge of PBM business/operations.
• Experience in redlining documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract terms reflect negotiated intent.
• Prepare contracts for signature and track documents.
• Coordinate approvals across business units and departments.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contractual documents throughout the process.
