Qualifications

• 5 years of contract experience required with a preferred knowledge of PBM business/operations.
• Experience in redlining documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract intent is accurately reflected in final documents.
• Collaborate with CVS Trade team and manufacturers on Rebates, Confidentiality, and Settlement Agreements.
• Generate, redline, and prepare contractual documents for signature as part of finalizing CVS Caremark negotiated Rebate agreements.
