Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a seasoned professional to lead accreditation readiness efforts across divisions. You will gather and annotate evidence, analyze requirements, and guide policy decisions to ensure compliance with standards.

Hybrid role based in Minnesota requires strong communication and collaborative skills to drive process improvements and support quality initiatives in a complex healthcare environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of related medical care management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
• Strong written and verbal communication of complex topics.
• Ability to analyze complex information and work cross-functionally.
• Experience with accreditation and compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Understanding of medical claims and coding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accreditation readiness efforts with leadership and cross-divisional teams.
• Collect, annotate, and prepare accreditation evidence for review.
• Identify gaps and drive compliance with accreditation standards.
• Develop policies and contract language as required.
• Support the Quality Improvement Program and related committees.
