Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of AEC or professional services business development experience with strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, drive strategy, and influence stakeholders through strong presentation and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on outcomes, continuous improvement, and leading change within a collaborative environment.
